哈尔滨工程大学 (Harbin Engineering University，哈工程，简称 HEU) 成立于 1953 年，主校区坐落在松花江畔的“冰城”哈尔滨市。

哈工程是中国首批具有硕士、博士学位授予权的高校，也是中国首批重点建设的“211”高校，并首批入选中国“双一流”建设高校。

2024 年，哈工程入选上海软科发布的“中国最佳大学排名”，该排名基于学生、招聘单位、学术界及行业专家等多方评价，是极具公信力的综合性评估。

Harbin Engineering University (HEU), founded in 1953, is located in the city of Harbin—widely known as the "Ice City"—along the banks of the Songhua River.

HEU is among the first universities in China authorized to confer master's and doctoral degrees. It was also included in the initial group of universities designated for key development under the national "Project 211" and was selected in the first cohort of China's "Double First-Class" initiative.

In 2024, HEU was listed in the "Best Chinese Universities Ranking" released by Shanghai Ranking. This ranking is a highly credible and comprehensive evaluation based on multiple perspectives, including students, employers, academia, and industry experts.

申请条件 Eligibility

1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。

2.学习成绩优秀，拥有或即将取得高中毕业证书或以上学历证书。

3.年龄在 16-23 周岁之间；未满 18 周岁，需提供在中国哈尔滨市的监护人材料。

1.Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.

2.Strong academic performance, holding (or expected to hold) a high school diploma or above.

3.Aged 16–23. Applicants under 18 must provide guardian documents from a guardian based in Harbin, China.

2.护照照片页扫描件和中国签证页扫描件。

3.经公证的最高学历证明（中文或英文）。

4.经公证的最高学历成绩单（中文或英文）。

5.外国人体格检查表。

6.无犯罪记录证明。

7.未满18岁申请者需上传监护人材料。

申请流程 Application Procedure

1.登录哈尔滨工程大学在线申请系统 https://hrbeu.at0086.cn/student 进行网上申请。

2.支付申请费400人民币（汇款证明需同其他申请材料一同上传）。

3.审核学生材料。

4.国际合作教育学院对评审通过的学生发放预录取通知书和相关材料。

2.Pay the application fee of 400 RMB (upload the remittance voucher with other application materials).

3.University review of application materials.

4.The College of International Cooperative Education issues the Pre-admission Notice and related documents to qualified applicants.

激励机制 Incentive Mechanism

完成预科学习后，经我校考核达到学校本科入学基本条件，综合表现优秀的学生可直接就读我校国际学生本科项目，并有机会优先申请中国政府奖学金、哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生奖学金等。

Students who successfully complete the Pre-University Program and pass HEU assessments and meet basic requirements of our undergraduate programs may be directly admitted to HEU undergraduate programs for international students. Outstanding students will have priority in applying for Chinese Government Scholarship, Harbin Engineering University International Student Scholarship, and other scholarship programs.
