此须知适用于考试地点在哈尔滨工程大学校内的纸笔考点及机考考点。请留意您报名的场次和考点地址。

1.校内考点入场指南（纸笔考点 和 校内机考考点）

哈尔滨工程大学东门（哈尔滨市红旗大街与文庙街交叉口）为考生进出校园唯一通道，考生不可由其他校门进入。考试日东门集合后会有老师指引考生入校进场，请参照您报名的场次、考点，查看准考证上的考场地点。

*纸笔考试笔试场次 和 机考上午（AM）场次截止入场时间为8:30；8:30东门带队老师会带领最后一批考生入场，此后到达校门的迟到考生将无法参加考试。

*机考下午（PM）场上午参加口试 和 纸笔模式口试 的考生，建议提前至少40分钟到达校门集合地点。

 

机考考点及纸笔考试口试场地请参考蓝色路线，考试地点显示“外专公寓”

纸笔考点笔试请参考红色路线，考试地点显示“26号楼”

为避免走错，请您留意用道路名称定位，使用高德地图APP。

*集合点附近公共交通：公交站 “红平小区”站；地铁站 3号线 “大有坊街”站。

 

2.入场要求:

1)雅思准考证。

2)身份证。若考生使用护照报名，请同时携带护照和身份证。

3)考生(包括小于18岁的未成年考生)请在考试日按时集合入场，家长或陪考谢绝入场，考点老师会随时帮助和配合考生。

 

3.外来车辆不能入校，校外考生无需“踩场”，校园内考点和集合点距离较近，并由老师带队接送，请家长、考生按时到达集合地点（学校东门）即可。

 

4.考生入校后，通行范围采取“校门-考场”模式，不能在其他区域活动，不能通过人脸识别出校门。考务老师会做好引导、护送、放行工作，并提供一切必要的帮助。

Your convenience, accuracy, safety, and compliance are our priority for you to finish IELTS test smoothly. Please read and understand this guidance according to your requirement. You can find this message through the Important Notice on the IELTS registration website of the National Education Examination Institute (NEEA) of the Ministry of Education.

This notice covers the paper-based test center and computer-based test center in Harbin Engineering University(HEU) campus. Please pay attention to your test session and venue address you have registered for.

1.The admission guidelines for HEU-campus test centers are as follows: (paper-based test center and computer-based test center)

The East gate of Harbin Engineering University (the intersection of Hongqi Street and Confucian Temple Street) is the only entrance for candidates to enter and exit the campus. On the test day, a teacher will gather the candidates from East gate to enter the campus, please check your test session and test center you registered, and location of the test room on the admission ticket.

*Deadline for entry:

For paper-based and computer-based morning (AM) sessions is 8:30; At 8:30, a teacher at the East Gate will take the last batch of candidates to test center, any late arrival will not be permitted.

For Speaking test: Computer-based afternoon (PM) session: and paper-based SPK test in the morning, please arrive at the meeting point at least 40 minutes in advance.

The test location "Foreign Expert Apartment" is the computer-based test center and the paper-based test SPK test venue (blue route), and the "Building 26" is test building for paper-based (red route).

To avoid making a mistake, please check the relevant places through Amap(Gaode).

* Around the meeting point:

bus stop "Hongping Xiaoqu" ; Metro Station Line 3 "Dayoufang Street" Station.

 

2.Admission Requirements:

1) IELTS Admission Ticket.

2) ID card. If you are using a passport, please bring your passport and ID card with you.

3) Candidates (including candidates under the age of 18) should gather and enter on time on the test day, parents or escorts will not be allowed to enter. Our staff will provide professional services

3.Vehicles can not enter the school, candidates do not need to visit test center in advance. It takes 5 min to walk to the test room, parents and candidates only need to arrive at East gate on time.

 

4. After the candidates’ arrival, their access fits "test room-East gate" mode, and cannot move to other areas, or leave campus through face recognition. And our staff will finish their duty in guiding, escorting, and releasing.etc
