【哈尔滨工程大学】
哈尔滨工程大学始建于1953年，是中国首批“211工程”重点建设高校，经教育部批准设立研究生院，是国家优势学科创新平台项目建设高校，是首批入选“卓越工程师教育培养计划”高校，国家“双一流”建设高校。学校拥有孔子学院1个，是国际中文教师奖学金项目委托培养单位。
哈尔滨工程大学国际合作教育学院成立于2003年，20余年来，学院在来华国际学生培养、国际中文教育等方面取得了丰硕的办学成果，现开设国际中文教育硕士专业和汉语言文学本科专业，专兼职教师30余名。目前，在校国际学生人数已超过1100人，来自90多个国家。
【项目简介】
哈尔滨是中国著名的“冰城”，是中国现代冰雪运动的发源地，素来以独特的冰雪文化蜚声在外。哈尔滨工程大学坚持高水平对外开放合作，是我国船海核领域高水平研究型大学，同时具有丰厚的短期项目与冰雪项目的组织实施经验。
项目设置了充实的汉语课程、文化课程，同时组织学生游览哈尔滨冰雪大世界、欣赏雪雕作品并亲身参与制作、感知哈尔滨冬季市容等特色冰雪文化考察活动；参加滑冰体验、冰壶体验、花样滑冰观摩学习活动，同时与奥运冠军零距离互动。既能感受到历史的厚重，又能体验到大自然的鬼斧神工。

【报名条件】
1.18-50岁非中国籍公民。
2.身体健康，品行端正，对中华文化和语言学习有浓厚兴趣。
【名额限制】
60人
【申请材料】
1.无犯罪证明。
2.经公证的最高学历证明（中文或英文）。
3.未满18周岁的申请人须提供监护人委托函。
4.监护人的公民身份证明或身份证明文件。
5.经费担保证明。
6.外国人体格检查表。

【条件保障】
团组统一入住学校外专留学生双人间，房间内设有独立洗手间，配备网络、冷热水洗澡设施，公寓实行封闭管理，并制定严格巡视制度，确保安全。
外出统一安排车辆，车内卫生干净，配备空调，车辆有完善的保险手续，外出活动由专业导游负责讲解及引导。
公寓备有急救箱，校内建有校医院，紧急情况可直接送往医院，并有校方随团教师陪同。

[Harbin Engineering University]
Founded in 1953, Harbin Engineering University (HEU) is one of China’s key universities under the “211 Project.” It has been approved by the Ministry of Education to establish a graduate school and is part of the national “Advantageous Discipline Innovation Platform” program. HEU is also among the first universities selected for the “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program” and is a “Double First-Class” university in China. The university hosts a Confucius Institute and serves as an entrusted training institution for the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship program.
The College of International Cooperative Education at HEU was established in 2003. Over the past 20 years, it has achieved significant milestones in international student education and international Chinese language teaching. The college offers a Master’s program in International Chinese Language Education and a Bachelor's program in Chinese Language and Literature, with a faculty of over 30 full-time and part-time teachers. Currently, the university hosts more than 1,100 international students from over 90 countries.
[Program Overview]
Harbin, known as the "Ice City" of China, is the birthplace of modern ice and snow sports in the country and is renowned for its unique ice and snow culture. Harbin Engineering University is committed to high-level international cooperation and is a leading research university in China’s shipbuilding, marine, and nuclear fields. It also has extensive experience in organizing short-term programs and ice & snow activities.
This program offers comprehensive Chinese language and cultural courses, along with exciting cultural exploration activities. Participants will visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, admire and create snow sculptures, and experience the city’s distinctive winter charm. They will also take part in ice skating, curling, and figure skating observation sessions, with the unique opportunity to interact closely with Olympic champions. This program allows participants to immerse themselves in history while witnessing nature’s breathtaking wonders.

1. Non-Chinese citizens aged 18-50.
2. In good health, with good conduct, and a strong interest in Chinese culture and language learning.

3. Applicants under 18 must provide a Guardian Authorization Letter.
4. Guardian’s identification document or proof of identity.

[Accommodation and Security]
Participants will stay in university-arranged twin rooms in the International Student Apartment. Each room has a private bathroom, internet access, and hot and cold shower facilities. The apartment operates under a closed management system with strict security patrols to ensure safety.
Transportation for excursions will be arranged uniformly. The vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and fully insured. A professional tour guide will accompany participants for explanations and guidance during outings.
Emergency medical kits will be available in the apartment, and a university hospital is on campus. In case of emergencies, participants will be taken directly to a hospital, accompanied by university staff.
