Strathclyde University covers 500 acres and has 67 buildings. Presently the university has 22000 members and consists of five colleges: humanity and social science, education, engineering, natural science and Strathclyde Commerce College. Every year 50000 students are enrolled, which makes it the biggest university cultivating postgraduates in Britain. Strathclyde University enjoys a good reputation around the world, especially in engineering, communication, law, technology, biological science and commerce. With the largest graduate school in the Great Britain, the enrollment amounts to 5500 members and the total member reach 10666(undergraduate included). In 1964, special admission was given for the founding of the university and it was named Strathclyde University and located in the center of industrial and commercial city Glasgow of beautiful Scotland since then.
